ATIS - Importers

Travel data is stored at the travel agency in backroom accounting systems. These data are in various formats - all of which are incompatible with each other and with ATIS. In order for these data to be useful, they must be converted to one homogeneous format. ATIS does this with programs called Importers.

Not only is the data format variable, it is possible that information is being imported from travel agencies in different countries. ATIS identifies the currency type of each record being imported for later conversion into one homogeneous currency type.

Currently, Importers exist for the following backroom accounting systems:

  • ADS
  • Amex Trip Power
  • Amex TVL-100
  • Galileo Accountant
  • GlobalMax (Prism-Whitesage)
  • GlobalWare
  • TRAMS For DOS
  • TRAMS For Windows
  • TravCom
  • TravelBase
  • TS-2000XL
  • Vision
  • WorldLedger
